“Woke up one morning last week and the garage door wouldn't open and we noticed that a spring was broken. Usually either my husband or I could manually get the door opened, but this day, it wouldn't budge. So, neither of us could go to work. I called A&E door at 7am and an actual person answered the phone! I was told that a service man would be out between 8am-12N. I acknowledged that I knew this wasn't her problem, but that both of us were stuck at home. She immediately told me she would text the service man. He arrived by 8:15 and had the door repaired by 9AM! Could not ask for better service.”
