No high pressure sales were involved, as he did a short term fix with a warning about what to expect from this old model. Well, two months later, the other door in our two-door garage went off the track, and A&E politely suggested "it's time" to completely replace both. And I agreed. The sales department gave us a brochures and internet links to the available products, and gave us time to think this over. Once we gave A&E the green light, within a week their installation tech did a fantastic job.”
